18 School Videoconference

Linda Sakemiller is a very ambitious media specialist. She guided Chris Crutcher through two one hour videoconferences that served 18 high schools in and around Lima, Ohio. She even created these bookplates for him to sign for his eager fans. Linda gets gold stars for excellence. What a whirlwind!

Crutcher visited Kent, Washington thanks to the invitation of Sandra Cato and her school. After several school events and a public auditorium presentation, both CC and students and faculty of Kent Lake High School were delighted with the results.

Olathe, KS

(Photo above) A swim team so GREAT...one scanner couldn't contain them -- sorry Patrick, we'll make it up to you! Inspired by Crutcher's novel, these real-life Stotans from Olathe South High School in KANSAS swam their way through "Stotan Week," and into the state championships. Crutcher received this great poster in June.

	Crutcher will speak Saturday, June 7 at 11:00 a.m. in the video theatre of the Harold Washington Library.
